This GMP-Grade 10X IVT Reaction Buffer is specifically formulated for optimal performance within IVT reactions utilizing Aldevron's HiCap RNA Polymerase and is designed for use with Aldevron's IVT Reaction Protocol. This GMP-Grade buffer is suitable from discovery and reasearch, to scaled up GMP manufacturing, ensuring consistency in your reaction performance, everytime. Note: due to quick oxidizing potential, DTT is not included in the buffer and is recommended to be added at time of reaction.
