When selecting Residual Host Protein via BCA, Residual Host gDNA via qPCR, and/or Residual Host RNA via SYBR Gold, the quantity added to the cart will vary based on the QC panel selected:

If the Standard QC Panel is selected: Quantity: 2 of each selected assay will be added to the cart if these assays has been selected. This accommodates testing for both supercoiled and linear plasmid forms.

If the Complete QC Panel is selected: Quantity: 1 of each selected assay will be added to the cart automatically. This covers testing of the supercoiled plasmid, as linear plasmid testing is already included in the Complete QC bundle.

If polyA is selected as a plasmid attribute: RG Sequencing fees will be automatically added to the cart.
This covers polyA sequencing of both the starting material and the final supercoiled plasmid prior to linearization.
