Our GMP-Grade 10X IVT Reaction Buffer UHT is specifically formulated for the Ultra High Titer IVT Reaction Protocol and is designed for maximum yield and output. This GMP-Grade buffer is suitable from discovery and reasearch, to scaled up GMP manufacturing, ensuring consistency in your reaction performance, everytime. Note: due to quick oxidizing potential, DTT is not included in the buffer and is recommended to be added at time of reaction. Tris-Buffered NTPs are recommended to be used.
